Pulling The All-Nighter

Pulling all-nighters is defintely not healthy for anyone no matter what the cost. Sleep deprivation has its price. However, since we all aren’t savvy enough to get our things in a pile, we resort to moments like this when necessary. Chrisitian Montoya has a pretty nice set of guidelines to follow next time you find yourself working through the night and until the next day. It may seem like a no brainer, but some of the things like facts on caffine are really interesting. I think the more important part is the “don’t” section. So do the do’s and avoid the don’ts listed.

I want to add, I’ve read that blue light actually helps with maintaining focus/concentration and keeping you awake. Now I need a way to stay awake in class. I blame ADT for that.
