Everyone procrastinates. I do, you do, your mom does too. As much as we are self starters and motivators to our teams, there is always something put off until the end. Some like the pressure, others are waiting for a creative moment. However we look at it, procrastination is something that potentially takes the quality out of the work we do. A study done at Cal Poly helps us identify what exactly is procrastination. This is the first step in battling this persistent issue.
